All orders will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. We provide Expedited Shipping across Canada via Canada Post or Purolator. We provide Expedited Shipment across the United States via USPS ad DHL tracked package.
All Shipments excludes 2-3 business days handling time from the point of purchase. Items are sometimes shipped from multiple warehouses; therefore, it is possible that you will receive multiple shipments for your order. A tracking number will be auto generated and emailed once the order is processed. In-store pick up items must be picked up within 7 Business Days or the item cannot be returned or exchanged. Items not picked up within 7 Business days will be charged restocking fees.
If you would like to return your recently purchased item, please ship the pair you would like returned to the address below with your order number clearly written on the package.
If you are interested in exchanging your recently purchased item, please ship your items' back to the address below and purchase the replacement item.
Customers are responsible for the cost of mailing back returned items to our warehouse. Please note that items purchased on sale are final and can only be exchanged for another item or store credit. Customer must purchase the replacement item from our website and ship the original pairs back to our warehouse.
